However, they are more expensive.
The bigger truck wheels always use steel rims. The steel rims also perform well in off-road conditions. They have a steel cast hub with either 4 or 5 or 6 holes for bolts. The steel rim is secured around with a series of welds. They have fewer spoke designs and are more solid that are more suited to heavy-duty performance. They have to be durable and be able to carry weight. To know the size of the steel rim to be purchased, one has to measure the width of the rim, excluding the tire and the rim flange. The sizes of steel rims are standard. For replacements, you can purchase the same size unless you are planning to modify your vehicle.
